I'd like to give the DDD team the benefit of the doubt although after hearing about others' experiences I believe it's a result of poorly made and poorly designed clothing. I request a return Note they ONLY do store credit and do not refund you any money. I sent it back via registered post so I know for certain it arrived and had to chase for the store credit. I was told to create an account as I purchased the item as a guest, and it should just show up on my account. This didn't occur and I am still chasing the store credit. I do not recommend their clothing at all. "
"Ordered ULTRAVIOLENCE sports style shorts which took over two months to arrive, they barely acknowledged the delay. The shorts are a disaster, poorly made, poorly designed. Pockets way too small etc. Also look nothing like the photo on the website "
"After ordering a burgundy MARILYN dress, and it arriving promptly, however on the second try on to show family (ie dress worn for less than 5 minutes in total, ever) the zip completely broke. Two emails to the company with not even an acknowledgement of any contact received. Completely unacceptable for a brand new dress. Contact email on FAQ page 'could not be found' so there is no way of addressing this issue. Money down the drain. Very unhappy.

"I never buy from drop dead. I'm not sure why but I just never do. Though I do own a 5 year old black drop dead cardigan, besides the print being cracked it's still in excellent condition considering how much it's been worn.
After seeing the sale on facebook I was tempted to have a look and ordered the handbag with speakers in, along with a vest and necklace. I was expecting the handbag to be a diddy little thing but instead it was massive, amazing quality and just beautiful. A complete bargain at just £20 pounds in the sale. Unfortunately the vest and necklace were out of stock due to being miscounted. I received a lovely and apologetic note, a full refund (for both missing items) along with a pack of stickers, beautiful knee high socks and a rib cage tshirt. So after how lovely whoever it was who sorted this out was and the beautiful items it's safe to say I'll be buying plenty more drop dead! "
