"I purchased a Magellan Roadmate GPS from them on June 6, 2014. I did not use it much (About 4 times) and was only able to upgrade it once. Magellan kept changing their content manager and DrivenGPS was also no help. My Magellan GPS is a electronic paperweight."

DRIVENGPS refused to do anything, no exchange, no repair. DRIVENGPS told me to contact TOMTOM, which I did.

TOMTOM Said that NO REFURBISHED EBAY SALES HAVE ANY WARRANTY. Only refurbished items from TOMTOM's own site carry a warranty.

AVOID THESE LIARS AND THIEVES. THEIR REPRESENTATIONS ARE BOGUS AND FRAUDULENT.

Very uncooperative company and I would warn others to NOT buy anything from them. They are NOT HONEST and lie about the warranty, for which there is none!"

"I would like to complain about this company "Centurion Technology Group". Drivengps.com is their web store; they also sell under EBay account "northwest-outdoor".
I bought a multitool from them some time ago. Transaction went fine and I promised them that I'll write about their company in my Blog. And I did it. Later I wrote them about my article. By that time more than 100 customers went to shop in their store through our link. Later I wrote them about it as needed some explanation about shipping. I got a short answer to my question and that's it! They haven't even bothered to say "thank you" for all those customers I gave them!! That's outrageous! That was a favor, yes. I wasn't asking anything. But it's a polite thing to thank for a favor, right? Even 4-year old kids know to say "thank you" when someone gives them a candy. "Just bought a computer from them on Ebay.. So they send me a computer with a RMA from some other person. I needed the computer right away so, I fixed the system and got my stuff going. Called to see if they would cut me a break on the very used computer they sent over. They offered $25! I called them to ask if the one I ordered direct from them had free shipping and they said it was different online ......what ever. Any way he also noticed that I had 3 day select on my order (oops!). I went through PayPal and missed the options for shipping some how. I told him thats ok I understand and it was a very nice conversation with polite customer service.
