"Made a purchase, received the goods and they were faulty. Returned them at my own expense and still waiting for a refund or replacements. Dealt with Neil Brown how now refuses to answer any emails or make contact with me. Drive Smart has horrible business ethics and I would avoid them completely. I am owed a substantial amount of money and hope no-one else is silly enough as I was to purchase anything from them."
