They even took the time to adjust the beading in the bodice to reduce it hurting my sensitive skin. Only minor fault was they forgot to make it lace up as I asked but it fits so well it doesn’t need it. The most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen - and about a tenth of the price of bridal shops. Will be getting the bridesmaid dresses too!"

"I ordered a lace mother of the bride dress and when it arrived it looked like the dress maker was drunk. The quality is extremely poor. The lace on one side of the dress was close together and on the other side the lace was much further apart. Some of the lace was fraying and some was even torn. There were also splits in the side seams. There were several parts where white cotton was showing and the dress is navy. They said when I asked for a refund - (As you can see the dress is very beautiful with very good price . Could you please kindly spend a liter time to fix the lace and keep the dress meanwhile we refund you partial money to you ?) If I was a dressmaker capable of fixing such a mess of a dress I wouldn't have ordered it through them. It would cost more than the price of the dress to get someone to fix it which I don't think would be possible. They are now saying - (As you can see the lace appliques on the dress was purely handmade to made to the dress, so it can not be exact same due to the handmade working. In that case, could you please check with your local dressmaker to alter or fix it , meanwhle we apply to return you partial of many to you as gift to you) This is a disgrace. I have sent them several photos of their disgusting work and they make out that they are giving me a gift of a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE BAD NEWS"

"Like many on this site I was nervous about ordering such an important item from an international website, but after reading the reviews from other brides I decided to give it a shot. Words can't express how amazing this site is. Not only the pricing, but the customer service. I changed my order from a regular size to custom a few days after my order and they were accommodating and gracious. The dress came in a FEDEX envelope and when I opened it I was overjoyed and amazed. The craftsmanship is top notch and absolutely beautiful! This dress is easily $1000 USD plus at a local bridal shop. My husband and I eloped on a very tight budget and this purchase helped to make our wedding look more expensive than it actually was. It photographed beautifully and I got so many compliments on it. I have never felt more beautiful. I made a few minor alterations to the jacket since I wasn't a fan of the fringe, but that was very minor. Keep in mind this is lace, so sharp nails or jewelry will easily snag it, which I did a few times. It didn't matter since it didn't show up in photographs. I will recommend this site to other brides looking for a more affordable alternative! Don't hesitate to order this amazing dress!"

"I found a beautiful wedding dress on another site, but the site had awful reviews so my sister found Dressilyme, which had really good reviews. i sent Dressilyme the picture of the dress from the other company and asked if they could make it and they said they could but that it may not be exactly the same. all communication was very prompt and they were thorough and my dress arrived early. the dress was beautiful and very well made and exactly as the picture, but i had to take it in a little in the waist as i had given them a couple of extra inches because i was worried it would be tight. In face, if fits me well. I like it very much. Thank you."

"Buying from dressilyme was a huge mistake. I know the dresses are 'replica' dress but one would expect it to at least be close to the image shown on the website, it wasn't. First of all I ordered the dress in ivory what I got was a VERY white dress. The 'satin sash belt' is a piece of 2inch onesides white ribbon that was probably purchased at the local craft store with the ends not even cut cleanly then obviously heated to stop from fraying. The cap sleeves are not cap sleeves at all but instead just wide straps of mismatched lace. The lace appliques are pieces of left over lace terrible cut and stuck into the dress. I have sent them an email with my concerns but have yet to hear back from them. If you have very low expectations that you will receive a dress that even closely resembles the image then it's a great deal, but if you want the dress or at least something similar to what is pictured stay away from this website. Teddy from customer service have told me that the picture colour appears different than what I received due to 'warm lighting' however I tracked the original image to a designer by the name of Maggie Sottero and her website clearly states that the image dress is ivory over champagne. When I sent the information to Teddy he says that they cannot use the opinion of another website and I am being offered a $10 coupon. This company is terribly DISHONEST and you will not receive what you ordered"
"This company is about money/profit and not offering even good customer service. I ordered a dress for a formal event and the dress I received did not look like the picture at all!!! Beware this company uses the bait and switch technique. They bait you with beautiful picture (probably downloaded from another company's website) and then send you a cheap crappy dress that does not look even close to the picture the model is wearing. Like everyone else states when you want to return the crap you received they will not accept it (because they know it's crap, why in the world would they take it back and will only offer you a $10, really!?). I even asked for 50% refund (my dress total came to $138) to take a hit and here is what they wrote:
"We are so sorry that 50% refund on the price of the dress is far beyond the best we can offer. As you can see that you bough the dress when it is on 45% off which saved you over 85$. Your order enjoyed 50% off on the shipping fees + 15$ coupon. In total, your order has already enjoyed over 110$ extra discount. We did not have any profit on the dress. 10% refund on the price of the dress which is 10.7$ is really the best we can offer.

Really "MY ORDERED ENJOYED"?! The crap I got THEY enjoyed my money. I will be sending my dress to GOODWILL never worn maybe someone can sew a dish towels from the crappy material!
