"An absolute scam of a company that refused to cancel my order even when I agreed that they could keep the cost of the shoes & just refund the shipping. The women told me I'd be happy with my purchase & she was sending them, whatever. Cheap tat, that you have to pay extra delivery charges for when it arrives!! Be aware!
In response to my complaint a service team member contacted me immediately & resolved the situation by refunding the shipping cost & also for the shoes. I now feel a more satisfied customer."

This dress was absolutely amazing. Exactly like the pictures and more than i expected. I really recommend both the dress but also this webshop, everything went very quick and i have had no problems at all with the order. Shipped it to sweden for free aswell.

"I received my dress from Dressfirst and unfortunately it was not acceptable and not what I had thought it would be so I had no choice but to send it back as it was a Mother of the Groom dress so it had to be perfect. That was the unfortunate part; now for the great part! I contacted Dressfirst to let them know I would be returning it not knowing how they would handle it but I have to say it was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had a specific person assigned to me, his name being Adam Chen. Not only was Adam very courteous and professional, he was also caring! Adam assured me that I would receive a full refund, also he managed to get me the return postage refunded as well. Adam went so far as to follow up with a phone call! I have received my money back even though he hasn't received the dress back yet (which has been sent) so I was not out of pocket for this money for a very long time. I am extremely grateful to Adam and to Dressfirst for standing behind their products and for the wonderful service I have received. Because of this, I will definitely order from Dressfirst again in the future as I'm confident that they will stand behind everything they sell. Other on line stores can take a lesson from Dressfirst on customer service! Thank you again Adam! You have been a pleasure to deal with and I thank Dressfirst as well.

"SO beyond happy with my prom dress, I looked everywhere tried on about 200 dresses and I couldn't find the perfect one. I found one dress that I was inlove with but it was wayyyy out of my price range so I started to look online and was really nervous about a scam dress. I read a lot of reviews about dress first.com and most were positive so I just ordered it. Then I realized I got the wrong shopping. I emailed them and they always emailed me back within 24 hours they told me that they would upgrade my shopping at no extra cost and I got my dress less than a week later. I am so inlove with my dress is is very high quality and so beautiful. It looks so similar to the one I loved but was out of my price range. Thank you dress first for making my prom awesome!!!!! "
