I ordered 2 X dresses which I received in the order quoted time frame, the quality of both outfits was lovely and the fabric also of high quality. Unfortunately the sizing wasn't correct for my shape, I have tried to communicate with dressmallau to return the dresses as I would have been happy to swap for another style. I have tried many times to email and communicate with no reply from the supplier at all not once have they tried to respond or reply in anyway. This is very disappointing as I was prepared to swap, I now have lost so much time with unsatisfactory customer service from dressmallau that my event is next week and I now have no dress for the function which makes very very upset when I placed my trust and money into this company. Buyer beware they don't provide any return or replacement option."
