"Received a dress I did not order, I ordered a burgundy dress with matching beadwork and open back, I received a red dress with red, white and silver beads and an open back and stomach.
I am still trying to arrange a return and refund but they are asking me to resell the dress online and have offered me £10. It has cost me £130 and a lot of my time. I will never shop with them again."

"I bought a prom dress for my daughter. When it arrived, a couple of weeks later, it was a huge disappointment. The dress was covered in cheep white plastic beads that made the dress look more like a dress up costume than a prom dress. The material used is heavy and the zip broke straight away. I tried to contact the seller for the past week and had no response from them so far.
Update- I'm on email n.9 and not remotely near getting a refund. I'm still £137.00 out of pocket, stuck with a stage costume that I cannot give even to a charity shop because is broken "
