"Their website sucks. Can't get any answers on anything anytime. No phone number or Email address. No live chat like the site claims, no working inquiry submission forms. It's like a wild goose chase and I just cancelled my credit card and will be in dispute if they try to take the money out. I put my cc information in and and hit submit, my computer warned me that its not a trusted site and asked if i wanted to continue of course I hit no and got no confirmation of payment but they had authorized my card anyway and the money is being held. Meanwhile on their site is says I did not make a payment."
