"I purchased an item through eBay with this company and hated the product. After authorizing a return, the company offered me a partial refund as a "courtesy" then failed to send it. Customer service is poor--if you don't mind throwing your money away to take a chance on a lousy product, go for it. Otherwise, I would steer clear of this company and its shabby products."
