"Dream Shades had a great price on a pair of lenses that I could not get locally. They were a tad slow to ship (order placed 2/20, shipped 2/23), but not unreasonable. I had one email exchange when I was told glasses would be shipped on 2/21.

"I placed my order 3 days ago. I checked the order everyday to see if it is shipped. On the third day, as they have not shipped out, I emailed them to cancel the order. The response is that I have to pay for the restocking fee if I cancel the order. This is weird because 99.9% online stores allow buyers to cancel orders before shipping out without charging restocking fee. If a particular store have this type of weird of policy, they should have notify you clearly before you place an order.This is weird because, based on this policy, if they tell you they will ship the order after next 3 months,you still have to pay for restocking fee if you have to cancel the order.
