"This was the first time I ordered a customized dress on-line. I was sooooo worried! The dresses came, after only 2 weeks. They arrived 2 days after they had been shipped. I was concerned about the duty tax I'd pay, but that was also not too bad ($25).
The dresses weren;t exactly what I expected but pretty close. I can't complain. I chose a dress that I shouldn;t have...I don;t like the style at all but that;s not the selle;s fault. I should have looked better at the picture. If you zoom into the picture, you will see the detail (or spaces between beading, etc) and that is really close to what you will get. So just zoom in! I didn;t. The colors were fairly close; a little more subdued than I was hoping for but close. Would I do this again...? I don;t know , maybe only if the price was really great in case I have another instance where I just don;t like the dress much."
"I just received the Wedding Dress I ordered for my daughter. I had doubts regarding the quality of the dress because of the negative reviews I read before. But after I opened the package I was unexpectedly surprised. Everything is absolutely perfect, the dress is made so well, the lines are clean and straight, the veil is wonderful, the gloves are nice, the petticoat matches the dress excellent, the material of the dress is thick like is shown on website. I am happy for my daughter. The size is identical as I ordered.

"Don't order from this company. My daughter ordered a prom dress from here and it was awful. It looked more like a costume it was so bad. Did not fit even after paying extra for custom order instructions and measurements. they used cheap material and gaudy sequins. Except for the color, it did not look at all like the picture. We followed every direction they required to receive a refund all we got was patronizing replies and run around. Finally I took it to the credit card company, filed a complaint and the CC company gave me the refund not Dreamprom. Believe me it is not worth all the disappointment and hassle. "I placed a order with I dream prom.com and paid for guaranteed delivery by 5/13/14 and when i checked their website it was still showing as "in processing". I did not receive the dress until the following week. It arrived in a small bag and I could not believe that they packaged it so horribly. Well the dress is light gold in color and we found blue marker stains all over it! The sequins were falling all off the dress and the lace at the bottom was torn and looks like horrible. I have been emailing pictures etc and going back and forth for over 2 weeks to get a refund. Idreamprom has refused to refund my money and has told me they will send me a bag of sequins and that I should take the dress to the cleaners and a tailor to have fixed! Totally unacceptable so buyers beware. "
