"I'd used (western dovetail) drawer.com once before and was very pleased with the quality so I ordered from them again.

Unfortunately it seems that after the business suffered from earthquake damage they aren't reliable any more.

I noticed my order was still showing as 'accepted for manufacturing' a couple of weeks after I'd placed it so contacted them. I received an email saying 'Your order is scheduled to ship on Friday the 17th and be to you by Tuesday the 21st.'

Today, Monday the 20th, I checked and my order still said 'accepted for manufacturing'. They said they were running behind and it would be with me by the end of the week.

I explained that this was too late, and was told they would check to see if they could 'expedite' the order and would email me back. No email.

I'm going to try and see if I can have my drawer boxes made locally, and cancel this order. I won't use drawer.com again."
