"I ordered 600 clapperboards frmo VT Zero and paid $5000 dollars. EVERY ONE WAS BROKEN on arrival. Requested a replacement or refund. They said if I ordered another 1000 pieces they send 300 free. So I am paying $8 dollars a clapperboard and if I spend another $8000 dollars with them (Now the total is $13000 dollars!) Then I will get 300 free boards. That does not make sense. One advice to this VT Zero Limited company, have your people learn the English language first before trying to do business in America. Using an English converter will not help you, it just gives us broken English that can't be understood.
I have already reported this company to the US Customs for importing counterfeits. Yes, counterfeits! That is where they scammed me. I paid for top quality items as they described, but they shipped me plastic counterfeits. And of course they disappear and refuse to communicate with me after getting my money."
