"I ordered a set of miniature triangles and a circle template. Total price was great. But just look at the shipping. However, the products where exactly what I expected, and the shipping time was exactly what they said it would be. I see that other people have had some difficulties, but my experience with them was wonderful. I was REALLY impressed with the follow-up email I received from Drafting Steals asking if I had received my purchase and there were options provided if I had not. That showed me that they care. I hope whoever is reading this has as good as an experience with them as I have. Thank you."
"This company does not do anything for returning a product. They will not get back to you for weeks. Tell you that there is still a 30 day return period, even though you spend weeks trying to get a hold of them. You get no return label it is completely on you to return a product. Zero Zero customer service in everything about this process. There is no need for this kind of lack of service. There are plenty of other companies that sell the exact same products with way better service. "
