"A company with no email address or toll-free number isn't a business, it's an operation. I ordered 3 Ontel Gopher pick-up tools which they replaced with a cheap Chinese knock-off product. After requesting a refund through Amazon, they replied that they wanted a picture to "examine the merchandise". You've been warned.
At least we should all give them a big high five for supporting our men and women in uniform.

"This site is the worst. I didn't do research on them before I bought from them which was a huge mistake. I ordered a part, they have accepted payment, and still no processing of my order or shipping. All attempts to contact them via email, voice mail, and trying to get a hold of customer assistance have been met with silence. DO NOT USE this company. Find another!"

"Buyer Beware: This is a dishonest internet seller. I recently ordered new paintball equipment DoroSports. They shipped me used, refurbished equipment. When I contacted them to resolve the matter, they refused to support a return for my money back insisting that I had recieved new equipment!

"We ordered some paintball equipment from them for our son. One order never arrived - they have ignored all our requests for a tracking number so we can track the package. Another item arrived missing a vital component, we contacted them, they said to send it back... we had to pay for shipping AND a 30% restocking fee on a $600 item that we could not use! RIDICULOUS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Their Amazon feedback is full of "Fedex lost the shipment" Come On! Fedex does NOT lose THAT many packages! "

"This place is a JOKE! I made my order on 12/15 and paid extra for shipping to get in time for Xmas. When I called them on 12/23 to track my order they told me that it was sent out on 12/18 and got misplaced at a feded hub. I called fedex to complain but found out that Dorosports LIED and the shipping label was only printed by Dorosports on 12/22! I called them back to speak to supervisor but "they were in meetings" ALL DAY! and have been every day since! STILL have not received my return call from supervisor to refund my shipping charges!!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM DOROSPORTS!!! Dorosports is a scam!!! I ordered from them but I will never do it again. First, they said it was lost in transit. Then, they said they no longer had it in stock and tried to sell my a cheaper item for the same price as I originally paid. Now, they are saying that their accountant is sick and they cant process refunds without him. Its been 2 weeks I still have not received a refund. They are refusing to communicate so I had to file a complaint with Amazon. These crooks need to be dealt with. On Amazon, they make up fake people to write reviews to cover up all the bad ones. Look at their reviews. Its the same thing. They are liars. I do not advocate for anyone. Buy from anywhere but here!!! "

"I placed an order online with Doro Paintball on 11/22. I never received a confirmation email so I emailed them on 11/24. This set off a series of back and forth emails (despite my request for them to CALL my cell) over a period of three weeks. I never received the order, which they claimed they were unable to track. I finally requested a refund on 12/9. When the refund never cleared, I was told on 12/16 “Your invoice is in accounting. They are running a little behind with processing refunds as this is our busy time of year. You should see it post by the first of next week.” On 12/22, still no refund, so I spent 45 minutes at my bank disputing the charge. No product 22 business days after order was placed and no refund 9 business days after request. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE."

"I wouldn't buy from here (again). Technically I didn't buy from them because of the order mess ups.

I was contacted 5 days after the order; I had to email to see what was up with it just to get this far. I was told that there was a pricing error. I understood that this could happen and asked if they would still honor the sale. However the best they could do was offer me a lesser item for the same price as the one I paid because that was the one supposed to be on sale.

Maybe there is better luck with non-sale items. Their customer service responded promptly to THEIR problems, so that might be a good thing.

Smells like a bait and switch to me. I canceled my order but will keep watching the site in case I feel that I should report them if the item stays up.
