"Purchased Escon Doors Model: ARR662SC Pre-hung Entrada Knotty Alder Round Top Entry Door with Operating Speakeasy and Decorative Item #: 5043. Item shipped on time. Upon installation found the top of the round door had a very noticeable gap between the pre-hung door and jamb. Obviously the jamb cut was off from the factory. Doors4Less only played middleman between myself and the manufacturer. Just excuses with attempt to blame it on installation. Problem is we didn't manufacturer the door or frame, we just installed it. $1785 spent and got absolutely no satisfaction. Beautiful door with ugly gap around top. "
