"We purchased 2 mahogany outdoor doors and noticed an uncharacteristic flaw in one of the doors. We tried repeatedly to reach out to the merchant, to no avail. The gave lame excuses about the manufacturer, the positioning of the doors and the SUN! We paid >$3,000 for these doors.
In addition, they claim to have BBB accreditation however if you research this company on BBB, you will find they are NOT an accredited business of BBB. BBB rating is "F"."

"This company is decietful.. Door are not Solid Mahogany and are crappy strips that are laminate. The quality and customer service are disgusting and poor. AVOID AT ALL COST"
