"As soon as we assembled the drum set we
contacted them and made them aware that one
cymbal doesn't work and also that we want to
return it due to it being lower quality than we
expected. Three weeks of emailing and calling
and we still haven't been given ok from them to
return it or told where to send it. The address
on website clearly states not to return to that
address. We were even willing to pay shipping
Sitting on customer service with a stranger for
45 minutes while they tell you they are emailing
you a label to three different email addresses
when we both know they are lying gets kinda
awkward.
