I emailed customer service and got a super quick and helpful response. The team went above and beyond with the mix up and resolved the issue within a day. I mean the store alone is amazing but 5* customer service makes it soooo much better. I highly recommend shopping here, great and unique items at great prices. "Just got my new shoes in today and cheezus, I'm in love! I got the inverted cross wedges under the Trickz N' Treatz label. They pretty sturdy! The St Peter's cross cut out looks amazing! Clean lines. Overall construction seems really well. And the best part, They are comfortable and if you have wider feet like I do, they are not pinchy! I've been hoarding Dollskill things for a while now cause *shoes*. 99% of the time everything fits correctly. Btw, I hear a crap load of negativity about customer service... Rude this. Won't respond that, babble, babble, b*tch, b*tch... they have never failed to help me and have done so in a quick manner. Never rude, have always listened to whatever issue or issues, I've had. Text them you guys, it's faster, trust me. Chat is great, too.
