"Do Not Trust This Company - After searching for a Uniden cordless two line phone, I ordered from Dollarrite because they advertised the Model Number I was looking for and Pictured that Model with three handsets. What I received was a different Model # with only one handset. I called Customer Service and was transfered to John Franko, Manager who told me the description didn't say three handsets, so he didn't care that they made a mistake with the Model # and Picture he didn't have to give me the one with three handsets because the descripition didn't say three. The description didn't say how many handsets came with the phone, but the Model # and Picture were of three. He went on to tell me he worked for a terrible company who was just out to take people's money and then said they are from Venus and trying to take over the world! They not only have horrible customer service, but hire unstable Managers to deal with customer issues. BOTTOM LINE: This company CANNOT be trusted to send the product they advertise and have NO intention of standing by their advertising or fixing their mistakes! DO NOT USE THEM!"
