"Avoid this company at all cost! I have had horrible customer service - the part I ordered is used and defective. I have been trying to get a RMA for weeks. The customer service rep I had has not responded to any of my requests. I told her I never got it and asked for it to be resent - No Response since. I just want to return everything and never deal with this company again. "
