What a Joke. Purchase from another company and save money.

"What a Joke. They offer Free Shipping for orders over $100 and also a 25% Discount, but then charge you a weight fee for shipping. The total charge ended up being significantly higher than what the actual manufacturer charges. Stay Away At All Costs."

Terrible Customer Care

"Beware - You will need to get a reply from this business If you need to cancel or return an item. All 888 numbers are to Missouri, why then needs to email Customer Care in Mountain Top, PA...who chooses not to reply.

Placed an order on 6/9. Received an email on 6/14 stating a ship date of 6/22...too late. Cancelled on 6/15. Received an order status on 6/22, OMG! that the order will be shipping on 6/26. Called and complained and attempted to cancel the order AGAIN. On 6/27 received an email telling me that the order shipped on 6/26.
Called again to complain and to ask for a Return Label, in which I was told that they had to Customer Care to email me an RA number, but that I would have to pay return shipping. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Here we are on 7/21 and I haven't heard a word from Dog.com Customer Care. How they expect to run an online business with terrible service is beyond me. I'll pay the extra couple dollars for stellar Amazon Prime Service.

Should be no stars

"This company uses deceptive practices to charge excessive shipping fees.
I recently was notified that a autoshipment had shipped. I contacted the company and was told the shipment cancelled. Then 17 days later the shipment arrives. I am charged $18 in shipping for less than $20 worth of dog treats that weigh about 1.5 pounds.
When I went to the website, the autoship was still active even though the company agrees I had cancelled. Customer service says "too bad", have a nice day.

"Leash came rusty. Request new one and they made me ship it back and second one came in worse condition. Now I have to mail it back again before I get a refund. Also I had to buy a box to ship it back. "

Fishy website. Dishonest company

"I searched for a particular dog toy. Initially the price was $4.79. I continued to search for more toys and when I was finally at the shopping cart, the price was $5.77!

In addition, they offered 30% over $69. 15 minutes on the website and now it's only 15% over $69 plus free shipping.

Listen, I don't care if your price may still be lower than other companies. I refuse to deal with dishonest companies. You are forever on my blacklist.

Scam Artists

"Ordered a product. It was the wrong item. I called their"customer service" within five minutes to cancel the order. They told me no that it was already in their warehouse and they would not cancel! They would ship the product and I would pay to send it back. This was before they had even completed the transaction or shipped anything! Scam Artists hung up on me and I had to call back. Do not do business with this company. "

can i pick NO STARS???

"I ordered a dog RX on a thurs. evening 1/4/18 and got a confirmation email from them. I emailed them today 1/7 asking where is my order? NO REPLY. I called them tonite and after 20 min.of haggling over wanting to speak to a supervisor, the girl hung up on me. I called back and waited another 10 min. to get the SAME STUPID GIRL again. I finally got to speak to a "supposed supervisor" I really don't believe she was one. Telling me it takes the pharmacy 48 hrs. to decide to contact the vet information I supplied when i made my order 5 days ago.
Long story short, she cannot make any promises to expedite my shipment because of the pharmacy being a 3rd party , not dog.com and yada yada yada, So here i am on every social media outlet I can, to report how HORRIBLE THIS CO. IS. Next time I'll pay an extra $10 - 20 bucks and get my order in a timely manner like, KV supply used to send it. Unfortunately they went out of business!!

Deceptive advertising!

"Deceptive advertising?
How about downright fraud!
I ordered 26# of dog food for $46. What I received was 15#
of dog food. Then when I called customer service, they said that that was the estimated shipping weight and that they do not accept returns on food products.

Terrible customer service - do not stand behind products they sell

"I ordered a dog crate from these people. The first one I could not assembled, so I returned and they send me a second one. I took it, in the box, on a trip out of town for my puppy. After a difficult set up I used it for 2 days and then could not get it folded up so had to bring home assembled - thank goodness I had room for it in my car.
When I got home I had to use pliers and a screw driver to fold the crate up without pinching my fingers. I've decided that this crate is a piece of junk.
I contacted dog.com to inform them that this second crate is defective because it will not easily fold down without tools and they tell me it cannot be returned because it has been used. How would I know that it would not fold up until I used it and tried to take it down.
Customer service seems non-existent.
I would find another seller that stands behind the products they sell.
How do you know a product doesn't work until you use it - what a bogus comment.

Won't refund RECALLED treats

"I ordered toys and treats for my Shepard. Found out they were recalled and notified Dog.com. They refused to refund the product. Recalled items are customarily replaced by the store you purchased from. Outrageous- bad customer relations. Stay away from this seller.

Do not sign up for auto ship

"They say it saves you money but in fact it costs you, a lot more! I signed up for nutrisca dry dog food and when you purchase it is $48. When you commit to auto ship it goes up to $55. I'm going to chewys to order my food. Shame on you. "
