"Easy peasy! This is my third pair of Haflinger slippers. They're the best for my feet and my wood floors. Anyway, this was my second order for the slippers from Dodds. This time I ordered too short (my toes grew-aging thing) and I needed to exchange. I live in Reno, Nv and figured "oh, boy this is going to take some time." Dodds emailed a return label immediately and the next day I sent them off. The fifth day, the newly sized slipper is on my feet! That is what I call service. I don't know how they do it.....those 5 days included a weekend! BEST SERVICE AND BEST PRICE FOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE. DODDS ROCKS!"

Dodds Shoe was the only place that had the correct size and style. They looked like a reputable place although I had only a few reviews to go by. I took the plunge, ordered, and three days later they arrived in spite of the Christmas rush. The shoes were perfect and an excellent gift. Just last week I decided to order a pair of Merrell's hiking sneakers. They arrived today as promised and are fantastic. I will continue ordering apparel from them. "Dodds Shoe Co. had no reviews here, but they had the shoes I wanted, and at a good price, so I volunteered myself to be the test case.
Some among the smaller online retailers have sites which signal that their online presence isn't their first priority. Dodds' site is well-designed and easy to navigate. Dodds' provides big clear *color accurate* photos of the products; in fact the photos of the shoes I purchased on Doods' site were the only ones I found online that accurately represent the shoes' color. Color accuracy is important when purchasing apparel online, and it is almost always disregarded by online retailers, leaving customers to guess at how the clothes really look.
Ordered at 1AM. Received email from UPS with shipment and tracking information at around 7PM the same day. I can't complain about same day shipping.
