"The home page is hit or miss. I like the clean and easy to discern layout, many are too text heavy and do not funnel traffic very well, this one does. It gets a little unneccessarily choatic at the bottom though and needs to be cleaned up a bit.

I like the no frill links to each type of item by type but do not like the scan-over pictures as that too is a little chaotic. I am a big fan of detailed searches, it has to help with the less informed customer who honestly has little to no idea what they are doing. Overall, I would give the site a 7 out of 10, solidly above average but a few things could be cleaned up, mostly design issues but the substance is there."

"The website was easy to use and there was a lot of printers to chose from. There was not a lot of junk on the webpage to clutter the page. The only thing I would like to see different is instead of just seeing a list of printers to choose from it would be nice to see a picture with the list as well instead of having to wait until I click on the item to see a picture. I would go by the picture before I clicked on one of the choices so it would be easier for me if the picture was shown in the listing. It does show a picture when I hoover over it so that helps some but to have all of the pictures shown would be better. Other than that the website is laid out very good and I find it very easy to use."
