"yes, as other reviewers posted, I experienced the same exact thing. They sell 1/2 the contacts per box as US companies do so when you think you are getting a great deal, you are most certainly not. I wish I saw these reviews before I was tricked as well. Also as reviewers noted, I am receiving a FedEx bill for duties which Doctorlens.com did not inform me of at time of purchase and gave my info to FedEx who think I owe them $30. Put these creeps in Italy out of business."
"Be aware of this Italy-based company – they claims "Free Shipping" but if you're ordering from the U.S. and other international countries, Fedex will send you invoice of about $30 for express services. The company insisted that this was not shipping fee and the import taxes and duties is not a fixed one and does not depend on them. They said that they noted in their websites,
but this $30 fedex charge was not mentioned at the time of my checkout.
