worst customer service

"I went to d mart store to purchase our homely grocery. When I went to the billing counter, the billing guy and the manager of the store spoke very rudely and experience my worst customer service ever. Since there is no 0 star rating in ur review, I have to settle with one. Please teach this two people some decent manners"

"On 1-30-15, I ordered the Duracraft Air Cleaning System with Stage 3 Filtration DA 1010. I had bought this exact air cleaner at Lowe's in the late 1990's. So of course I could tell immediately that the one they sent was defective. No air was blowing out of the top. They did not sent a return label with it (like every other company on the planet does). I called them about it and they said they would test the next one BEFORE shipping and also send a return label. They over-night shipped it. But it was not an open box, so how did they test it? This one was also defective & NO RETURN LABEL!!! I kept both only because they came with the filters which cost about $20 each, to use with the one I own all these years that works great."

"this is the worst company online out in the market !! i bought a stroller from them ... when i got it i didnt like the stroller so i sent it back .. apparently they never got it??? so now i dont have a stroller or the 230 dollars i paid for it !!!! i dont appreciate the customer service either .. they couldnt help me at all ??? never buy from them !"

"I purchased a Zooper Peas & Carrots High Chair. I ordered the 2007 "discontinued" version because it was $60 cheaper than the latest version. The only difference was the color/fabric print on the chair between the 2007 and the 2008/2009 versions. Well after I placed the order, I received an e-mail that the 2007 was sold out. DMart offered me either of the other two newer versions at the same discounted price. DMart was prompt with communication, great customer service and I received my high chair in less than a week, which included the time it took for them to confirm I was okay with the offered substitute. They sent me a revised invoice showing the change and included the shipping information so I could track my delivery. I was extremely happy with their service, prices and products. I would recommend them and will definitely shop their again."

"I ordered a playpen that they ended up not having in stock. it took days to get through to customer service(line was always busy). When I asked them when they would be getting more they told me that they wouldn't order any more in until they had a big enough order to make it worth it. They wouldn't tell me how long that could be. It took forever for the money to get placed back into my account. I will never buy anything from Dmart again."

"I am so impressed with this store. I was a little hesitant at first to do business with this company after reading some of the reviews. I could not have been happier with the customer service I received from Dmart. I purchased a trashcan from them. It came within about 3 days of my order. When it arrived the inside liner (plastic) was cracked. I called the 1-800 number, the sales rep had a new liner overnighted to me. The prices are the best and the service is top notch! I would definitely do business with this company again!"

"Ditto to the comment, buyer beware. They engage in the deceptive and illegal practice of bait and switch. They also proudly display the Yahoo 5 star merchant logo on their website, however, Yahoo doesn't even list them on their merchant directory. So don't even bother with them. "

"BUYER BEWARE! I just bought my 1 year old a seat recommended on Consumer Reports which this store said they had in stock. When I received it - not the same seat manufactured in 2002 and Safety First said it was an old seat with recalls! They would not refund my money and charged me shipping plus a restocking fee! CROOKS! NO Sense of decency praying on new parents."

"In November I ourchased a Microwave oven thru d-Mart. It arrived damaged, they arranged for pick up and replaced it with the same damaged oven. It is almost impossible to communicate with them. For almost 3 months I've tried to get them to pick up this oven and credit my card, They either lie to me, hang up on me, leave me contact numbers that do not accept messages or are verbally abusive. Finally, after I filed a fraud complaint and sent them copies of the complaints noted here they credited my card. There was no "discount" in the price of the item I tried to purchase, dMart makes it's profit in a very high shipping rate and you pay for doing business with them in extended frustration and confrontation. This is the ONLY internet purchase I've ever made that has ever been nightmarish."

"This company is the worst. I ordered a product for next day air on Dec 22, and as of Dec 28 still have not received it AND have not been able to get anyone to answer their phone. Their voice mailbox is also full and has been the entire time. This company is very disorganized and not at all focused on customer service. The fact that they had the best prices made DMART2000.COM my choice for this product, but it definitely is not worth this hassle and I will never do business with this company again. I'd highly recommend anyone considering ordering from this company to RECONSIDER."

"I have been looking for a Peg Perego Aria Twin stroller at a reasonable price from e-bay. Then searching on the internet, I came across dmart200. They are advertising the 2006 as having it IN-STOCK. Since the price was the same as the 2005 and the shipping was free, I decided to get the new 2006 model. I ordered it and to my surprise , I received an email 2 days later letting me know that the stroleer is out of stock and that I'll receive it in January. They gave me the option to cancel, so I did. However, the customer rep. indicated to me that I wasn't gonna find it anywhere until January because it is a new item and the manufacturer won't be shipping until January anyway. Then, this tells me that they have a misleading/fraudulent website and makes me wonder about the integrity of this seller. I will never buy from them again!!!"

"I placed my order on a Friday morning. I placed another order with a different company for some other items at the same time. The "other" company provided me with a tracking number by Tuesday of the next week. I have tried 3 times to get a tracking number from the DMartStore customer service people. Each time I get a different answer, but they say they will get the tracking number and email it to me or they will call me when they get it from the manufacturer (the item I ordered ships from the manufacturer.)
Here it is a week later and I don't have a tracking number yet and I don't know where the item is or if it has even shipped yet. This is the first internet store that has been disappointing to me. I have sent an email to the customer service email address and got no reply. Using the phone number is a hit or miss - most of the time it rings busy, but if you keep trying you can get through. I honestly don't know how they can advertise a 5 star customer satisfaction rating with Yahoo - I just can't believe that. I probably won't do business with them again. Their shipping and handling charge was pretty steep, but their price for the item was the lowest I could find - however, adding the two costs put it into the same range as the next comparable internet store. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks.
