"I placed an order for a used CD. I received a shipping confirmation email with no tracking number. A week later I received an email saying they were unable to fulfill my order. How can they send a shipment confirmation when the item wasn't actually shipped? I received a refund, but they still showed poor business practices."
"I have ordered before from Django's with no problem. This time, though, of 3 CDs I ordered, two were incorrect - not what was pictured on their site and not what I ordered. The return process isn't that difficult, but because the two wrong items arrived separately, I had to make two trips to the post office to return them. I might or might not order from them again, but if I do, it won't be anytime soon. "
"Do not purchase from them! Purchased some used dvd's from them in about three separate orders. Every order was shipped and my credit card was charged, every order contained the wrong dvd's. I ordered special versions/editions of the things that I ordered, I received first order confirmation, then shipping confirmation, clearly stating the items that I ordered. I received the packages with the dvd's with shipping receipts enclosed. The shipping receipts clearly showed what I ordered however the dvd's shipped were quite clearly NOT the editions/versions that I ordered.
My credit card was charged with no notification of the change in order, nor was I informed in any way whatsoever that my order had been changed. This practice is very underhanded and boardering on fraudulent. I strongly recommend staying very far away from this reseller!"
