"Avoid these timewasters! I ordered a dishwasher from Dixons, UK on 25 February. I was given a choice of delivery dates. I chose today. Today came and went. I phoned Dixons. They offered no apology whatsoever, but gave me some piffle about my order being "undated". (Funny that my order receipt had the date on it!). I phoned a different department. Again, no apology. They offered to deliver next Saturday (8 days after I placed the order)! I suggested they deliver the next day or I cancel. They were nonchalant and inflexible so I canceled. I won't order from these jokers again. I'd rather pay a few pounds extra to support a company that deserves support. Their website doesn't work properly either; it failed to let me view my order. "
