DiverVision delayed my order for weeks and then cancelled it without any notice.

"I placed an order with DiverVision based on its Web site's stock availability status. After a few days with no progress, I contacted DiverVision by email to inquire about the order status. After a couple of days with no response, I contacted DiverVision via Facebook and finally got a response. I was told that one of the order items was unavailable but would be available on or around March 7. My latest queries were unanswered and when I checked the order status, the order had been cancelled. I am waiting for a refund and opened a dispute with PayPal. Beware of this seller."

"Divervision is my new go to store for underwater photography gear. I was concerned buying from a company located in Taiwan, but I no longer have any concerns. First, prices are amazing; I paid $600 for a housing that almost every other online UW photography shop is selling for over $800. Second, shipping was fast and included tracking (DHL). Third, communication was good. They notified me quickly that a few items I ordered were out of stock, made a substitution (which shipped same day), and refunded money for the backordered items that could not be shipped. Although some e-mail responses took a few days, they did respond to all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from DiverVision again."

"I was looking to purchase a camera housing and a lighting package for my Canon 7D and looked at many vendors in the web and was very lucky to found DiverVision.com
Since the first contact was promptly attended by Sandy, who turned out to be a very knlowledgable guy who paciently answered all my many questions and doubts. As I saw big price differences compared with all the other vendors, I had to ask if all the items offered are originals and I can certify, after 2 purchases, that everything is 100% original.
I highly recomend DiverVision.com and congratulate Sandy for a really fantastic customer service.

"Very good experience. I ordered a strobe bundle. Everything arrived well packed and in good condition within a week. The adapter had and oblique hole that made it difficult to mount (manufacturer's fault I would say) and they sent me a replacement within a week, no extra charge.
I would most definitively recommend them.

"I have an upcoming trip to Hawaii, and i emailed divervision to see if i would receive the product in time, as i live in the US, and the company ships from Taiwan. Sandy emailed me back within 24 hrs, and explained which shipping method to use, and assured me it would arrive in time. I ordered it on the 9th on a Sunday at 6pm PST. i paid the extra 5 dollars for DHL express instead of EMS air, and received it Tuesday the 11th at 2pm !!! Thats incredible. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"First, they did not have the product that their website said available. They notified me using email after I placed an order. Then I canceled my order as I couldn't wait for the item to be restocked. However, they sent me the product, by mistake. And then they told me to ship it back. Such an incompetence."

"Excellent service, selection, and pricing. I was apprehensive ordering from overseas. My e-mail inquiries were answered very promptly, and Sam provided accurate answers and valuable guidance. I ordered an Inon D-2000 Strobe and Flexible Arm Package on July 10, 2008. It shipped the same day. I received it in Southern California on July 12th. It arrived as-described, new in factory packaging, and well-boxed for shipment. The freight charge of $40 was very reasonable, and is comparable to domestic 2-day shipment rates. Overall, I was able to purchase a much better strobe package than I could have purchased from a domestic vendor, for less money. The world is getting smaller."
