"I purchased two used lenses from District Camera. I later found that the 85mm lens had a hairline crack in the housing. Upon contacting DC, I was told that it was my responsibility and that it was basically my fault. Please be careful when shopping there for used equipment!"
"Burke Store only: There's clearly a lot wrong with this store, look at some of the reviews on how they treat their customers. I was yelled at today, cut off, swore at because I was questioning the stores return policies and told an employee to STFU while I was talking. The entire situation was ridiculous, I've never fought and argued with a business like I did today, clueless employees that have convinced themselves they are providing great customer service regardless of how the customer ultimately feels. Others have claimed there's racism and discrimination going on at the store and it's pretty obvious they're snobs at best and probably a whole lot more. What to be made to feel horrible about yourself, try out the Burke store. There's an "insiders clique" here and if you're not the right looking person you won't be let in. It's like high schoolers playing business."
