"I usually do not purchase from resellers who had only 2 ratings, perfect as they may be. However, this time I had the hunch of encountering a real reliable and customer oriented reseller, so I decided to bet. The fact that its prices were very attractive helped me in that decision.
The order process on its web site was flawless, with space to provide comments. In the confirmation email, I was pleased to see that the person behind processing the order takes care of answering my comment. All I had to do was to wait for the package to be delivered - and indeed it arrived on time without any problem. The product (2 x Nexus 120mm Case Fan) was as described and as promised. Overall I was very pleased with this smoot transaction.

"In searching for ways to quiet down my HTPC, I came across the SilenX fan but had trouble locating places that carried it. I finally found Distin Computers and while I was a little weary of purchasing from a company with only 1 review on Reseller Ratings (although it was a very positive review) I decided to go ahead. Ordered Tuesday evening (around 8pm) and received the product Thursday afternoon! And that was coming from CA.. to NY! It was in perfect condition and well packed.
Can't rave enough about this company.. I had a question and emailed the "contact us" and received an email (about 10 mintutes later) from the owner clearly answering my question.

" This was my first time ordering from this company. I was very impressed with the service in every aspect. I saw this advertised on Google and compared this vendor with others which stocked Silenx products, and found that it was the cheapest. I ordered from Distin computers one 80mm silenx fan for a price of 14.00 with free shipping. I went on resellerratings and found that there was no reviews whatsoever on this vendor and was kind of suspicious of the company. Usually I order from companies with very good ratings. Well,,, I took the risk with my credit card. My order went through smoothly online. I had a couple of questions to ask Distin computer and I called them, left a message, and they called right back. The representative I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful. He shipped my fan out the same day and it was recieved 3 days lator, with USPS (free shipping). The fan was nicely packaged with a lot of protection and best of all: it was retail and unopened.
I recieved the product as advertised with no tricks or flaws. Sometimes its kind of scary with new companies who don't have any positive or negative feedback from users, but I can truly say that I was very impressed with the excelent and efficient service. I believe that all great companies have come from small, simple businesses.
