Time was of the essence, so I contacted them and was pleased with their response. They indicated that I should have received an e-mail about the backordered items. I'll take their word for that. They kept me notified of when the items were expected and when they shipped. They even expedited one of the items to ensure that I would recieve it in time for my event. In the end, I was pleased with my experience, and would shop here again. Their prices are very competitive, best deal I could find."
