I called the post office to have them hold it they said it was there and they would so I went to the office to get it and of course it was not there they told me they sent it back to the sender. So I called into the 800 number and they tell me that the post office still has the package so they call the post office for me and needless to say the package was LOST....this was on a Friday Monday I check the tracking number it finally stated return to sender called the 800 number again on Tuesday to see if they have received my package and they had stated they would resend the package back out I asked the time frame in which I would get it he told me 3-5 business days.....by now I am upset we are 2 weeks into the process and I have people coming in from out of town and no TV I explained to the gentleman and he got his supervisor to send on a 2 day shipping I should receive by Friday AWESOME JOB in saving a customer "
