"Have a 3 yr old PC that wouldn't boot. Deduced it was the motherboard that is no longer manufactured. Saw "new" replacements as high as $475. Ordered "refurbished" from DiscountedDealz for $225. Communication was good; they emailed me that it would be a week before they could ship. PCB arrived clean, but with no processor which I was not expecting. Fortunately, my issue was not CPU related so I was able to transfer my old one to the board. The new board fixed my problem, so much less expensive than buying a new PC. Maybe it is common knowledge that a refurbished board will lack a CPU, but I think that should have been more clearly stated. That is the reason for deducting 1 star. I would order from them again."

"DiscountedDealz apparently sells used unsealed products....I was unaware of this before ordering from them and receiving an unsealed hard-Drive from them which I will be returning.

I want to let people know whom might be thinking of ordering from them that the stuff they sell is not factory sealed and probably used.

If the seal has been broken their is no proof of warranty existing.....My replacement Hard-Drive arrived wrapped in bubble wrap unsealed with no paper work inside the Priority envelope it arrived in.

My First impression is this is a USED recycled Hard-Drive....Had I known they were selling me recycled used I would't have ordered from them.

I have replaced Hard-Drives in other computers and have always received the replacement in a sealed foil packaging....Not the case with Discounted Dealz they sent me one open."

"Ordered a new printhead for HP printer. It was obviously previously very used, as all the color indicators were worn. When I put in in it said it was damaged. Emailed them twice for refund. Have yet to hear anything. Also, paid for priority shipping and it was not shipped for 6 days from order date.

"Very decent 6 year old HP Laptop would not start. Totally dead except for fan and a few LEDs would come on. I spent $25 bucks to have it checked and was told the issue was the motherboard and that I should get a new laptop because it would cost $500+ to fix it.

I found DiscountedDealz.com and a motherboard for about $100 including a 90 day return policy. Website was great. Delivery was timely and free! I even called them before I ordered and not only did a human answer the phone, he answered my question.
