"Did not have most of my order. I only got 1 out of 14 items out of Said they sent me email saying they refunded my order because it was out of stock but she was researching the rest (wow). I searched under "discountcleaning" and can only find email from orders in 2012-2013. The web site would have been great in the 90s but is entirely outdated. I called customer service and they literally laughed at me when I said it was easy this day and age to track inventory. (I meant comparatively anyway). I've never been treated so rudely. I will never order from them again. GOOD LUCK if you do decide to order from them. I've only got the Band-aids.

It also took me several times before someone answered the phone all during their regular business hours)
