"Ordered boots and 3 pairs of socks. Tried emailing after placing order to see when they could ship. Email was returned as "undeliverable". No phone number listed on site.

Eventually got e-mail saying everything was backordered. Told them to cancel boots but send socks. Got one pair of socks soon after.

After a couple more weeks, I sent an email saying I still only had one pair of socks. The other two pairs arrived within a day or two.

Start to finish the whole process was about six weeks. I basically had to babysit them so they would get the order finished. Nearly disputed the charge on my credit card."
