"They will RIP YOU OFF!! Avoid DiscountPC.net!!! Sent a non-working PC, got a return authorization and sent it back immediately, now they refuse to give the refund. The return was completed within the 30 day limit, and fedex shows it was received by them. This is a dishonest company that steals from people!"

"I was hesitant to use a seller of refurbished computers, but Discount PC did a great job. Their service rep answered my emails and talked to me on the phone every time I called. My company ordered 15 refurbished Dell Optiplex PCs, with Keyboards and Mice. It took right at 2 weeks to get them delivered to us. They were all formatted identically, and installed easily. One of them had a bad fan, which I had to ship back for repair. DiscountPC paid for the shipping and I had the repaired PC back in about 10 days from when I sent it. I am satisfied and will definitely look up DiscountPC the next time I need used PCs."

"I purchased a Micron ClientPro 365 from this site in September for a decent price, better than I could find elsewhere for equivalent towers. There was only the minor problem of a misplaced jumper on the hard drive, but that shouldn't be a big deal if you know what you're doing (as you SHOULD when buying rebuilt PCs). XP Pro was installed as claimed, and an install (not restore) disk for it was sent, too. All the hardware was up to their description. The PC has performed wonderfully since it arrived. Though it would've been nicer if they'd given more information on the computers (so I wouldn't have to Google up product specifications), as it now stands, I’d gladly buy from them again. Just be aware that their site does state reshipping of returned items is the customer's responsibility and keep in mind the implied risk."

"Bought a Micron Clientpro from them. Computer was supposed to have Windows XP on it. The OS wouldn't boot. Emailed them, no response. Called them, they tried to make us pay return shipping. Said No way, they sent FedEx to pick up computer. After they had it back two weeks, had to call them for them to refund price of computer. They flat out refused to refund shipping and handling, even though it was their fault for not testing OS. This is in dispute with my credit card company. Bad Company, Bad Business Practices, Terrible Customer Service."

"This company is awesome. Not only are their prices great, but they really stand behind their products. Anytime i had the slightest problem with my laptop i ordered, they were quick to fix it. They even serviced and ended up replacing my laptop, due to some kind of hardware failure (after the warranty had already ran up!) Fiver star seller and company!"
