"This company is extremely unreliable. I ordered a product last week with two-day shipping for close to $400. Instead of contacting me to let me know they were out of stock, the company simply allowed me to think my package was en route. When I finally called them, they told me they were out of what I ordered until I asked to cancel my order. Suddenly, they had what I wanted in stock and could overnight it to me. I'm very dissatisfied and won't be recommending this service to anyone. Don't use them if you're short on time or care about getting your product. We'll see if it ever actually arrives."

I did need some clarification on the specifications of a product I was ordering, their sales/customer service team was incredibly helpful and kind, they quickly straightened out all confusion and did everything they could to adjust my order so it was perfect.
