"I've been using Discount Domains for six years. I have a few comments on their service:
- Customer support is virtually non-existent. I've sent three emails to them in the past month and none have even been replied to.
- Their fees to transfer domains away are around GBP40 - 50 per domain. This is far more than industry standard - many don't charge, some charge a nominal fee. However I worked around this by transferring domains away using Nominet UK for around GBP5 for all domains.
- They send far too many emails - about three months before a domain expires they start sending you almost weekly emails telling you about it, and they can't be stopped. If you have a lot of domains this gets annoying quickly.

Due to all of this I can't recommend them."
