"These guys are horrible. You order the desk from them and then they never send the item. They don't have a phone number (unless you trace their IP address to get the number they used to register the website--even then, you get a machine and no call back) and never reply to emails sent to their customer service department. After waiting nearly 2 weeks, I sent a complaint to the BBB and emailed them to cancel my order. The funny part of it was that they never even bothered to charge me, it was like the order never existed. HORRIBLE customer service (actually, it's non-existent). I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. "
