"I ordered 2 HP Mobile 100 printers advertised as new along with a supposed extended warranty. The invoice clearly states they "New HP". When they arrived, they were very obviously used. The packages had been opened and there were wear marks on the printers from usage. I immediately contacted DCC to return the printers and obtain a refund.
