"I ordered a grille assembly kit since May 29,2020. Got a confirmation email and money was out my bank acct. with no problem. Days later I receive an email saying I requested an rma # for a return which is false. I never send them an email, I ordered a set of grilles because I needed them both. Days later I received half my order. Since then been trying to contact them with no luck. Their customer service is a joke. Been on hold for more than an hr calling at different times during the day with no answer. It's frustrating not being able to reach them for answers on my order. Till this day they have not send any emails with updates on my order explaining why they send me only one part and have not gotten any refund for the part missing. Never ordering from them again. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before ordering from them."

They keep you on hold for hours and their sorry agents don’t even try to help just keep re-routing the call. They were quick to take my money but it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t sent me my money. I don’t have money to be giving away to these pathetic scheming people. I’m currently on hold and have been for the past 3 days. How is it that you’re not taking calls from opening to closing? "I ordered a dashboard bezel for my car for 95.00 and I received a very flimsy cheap piece of plastic that doesn't even fit. It doesn't have anything to secure it like clips, adhesive or nothing. None of the inserts even fit. I had to glue all my inserts to it with a hot glue gun. ( Looks horrible) and I still can't even figure out what to use to secure it to the dashboard. I'll never buy or recommend this company to nobody."

When I called to straighten out the order they said it was a computer error but would not fix the order. I cannot believe they are in business. "
