"This site is the worst scam. If you purchase a book thru this site and take them up on the free shipping, you are on the hook for a monthly fee that is hell to get out of. If you go through the credit card company, you can reverse up to 3 months past charges. I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office over deceptive practices.

"This is the worst type of online store. its a complete scam. I received a good deal on the book I purchases but "apparently" I signed up for membership. I'm sure its buried somewhere in fine print, but give me a break. I received 3 monthly charges of $9.95 and they would not refund the monthly fees even though I only made 1 purchase. Complete scam site - stay far far away!

"DiscountBookSale.com is a scam website. If you order a book from them they will automatically sign you up for a "discount" program that charges your credit card 19.95 per month with their associated website "BestBrandValues.com". When you try to terminate the 'membership' on their website you must enter a password, although they never have provided you with a password. When you try to call the number on their webpage, you get a busy signal. I advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to google search "discountbooksale.com scam" and read the accounts of those who've been scammed by these criminals. After discovering the unauthorized charges on my credit card I cancelled the credit card number and reported them for the fraudulent transactions. Order from a reputable retailer such as amazon.com instead."
