"I tried ordering a couple times from them and the site kept having issues. First it wouldn't give me the free $100 shipping that is shown on their site. Then I finally submitted one and they contacted me saying they couldn't send those items because they were dealer items. This wasn't stated anywhere on the product page and just showed up after a search. They just said they couldn't honor the order and made no attempt to try and fix the situation. I was less than impressed with the lack of effort to fix it."
