"I placed an order for a CCTV camera with this seller. I had the following issues:
o Took over two weeks to deliver the item.
o I called their support to inquire about the item. The call went to voicemail - I left them a message to call me back or email me with status. No reply.
o I received a confirmation email that the item had shipped the day AFTER it arrived.
o The item was packed in a re-used TDK-CD box that was smashed like an accordian upon arrival.
o The item was simply dropped in this box with a a few scraps of newspaper - not enough to keep the item from getting bounced around.
o As a whole - the experience was very unprofessional."
