"These people are scammers. They shipped me a used/refurbished motherboard that was supposed to be new. I checked and it did not work. Parts were scratched and pieces appeared to be missing. I shipped it back and they did not issue a refund saying I shipped my old motherboard in the package. No doubt they will try and sell that broken motherboard again."
"On Amazon I purchased a modem, they mailed it used and defective, when I returned it they kept half the price of the modem as restocking fee. I am in process of getting my money back. Reported them to my credit card and Amazon. They are scammers."
"Bought a 8tb hard drive from them through Amazon. It was a concealed 128 megabyte hard drive with a 8tb sticker. On top of it, the hard drive was loaded with bad sectors and would lose connection when copying. I made the mistake of not checking the hard drive immediately, and ended up waiting past the 30 day return period. After which they did not feel obligated to refund the $188 I spent on their useless hunk of metal or replace it with an actual 8tb hard drive.
Do not deal with them. If you have to, immediately check the condition of the merchandise, and complain to Amazon directly, they will not treat you fairly. "
"Their business practice is listing defective garbage as new/open box. After the items are sold, Digitalet changes the description to for parts/no return. Don't expect a refund. They have been doing this for years. On their ebay store they sell tons of dollar items to offset negative reviews they receive on high value fraud items."

"This reseller bought to seagate a bunch of hard disks without warranty and he advertised as with warranty. I made the mistake to buy 1 as it is advertised "As good as new" It came faulty, he refused to help, he asked me to call Seagate US. I called and gave serial number, they confirmed that item was bought without guarantee from Seagate as a product faulty that may work, but not guaranteed. I have email from seagate that explained that this item has no warranty, but seller still insist that it has warranty with manufacturer and he refuses me to send it back and to pay the postage back. I feel cheated after call Seagate as they explained that this product I bought is the lowest category and they sell for little money to resellers so they can sell them for spare parts or fix them. I think this seller should go to jail as he is cheating people. I lost 120 dollars, paypal will not cover unless I pay international postage that can cost around 50 dollars. Seller knew he was selling faulty products, advertised that they had warranty. For me he is a criminal"
