The speed is unparalleled to anything I've ever had. They were also very informative during the entire process. Each stage was reported to me so I knew how far along it was. That speaks volumes comparing to other companies I've done business with. Shipping was perfect, and signed delivery required on the date promised for arrival. I had been wanting to build my own gaming PC for years, but with a family and the busyness of life never been able to get to it. After reading some reviews online about Digital Storm (all positive) I decided to give them a shot and I am so glad I did. From the early stages of designing it, Digital Storm employees were helping make recommendations on hardware, optical drives, connections, everything (I had various chats over the course of a few weeks as I had more questions), their employees were always very patient and helpful. After I ordered the product, I was kept in the loop on updates as it went from gathering parts, building, testing to shipping (so I always knew it was moving along), when they shipped it, it was shipped/packed very well (as can be a concern for expensive electronics) and out of the box almost everything worked perfectly. The only thing that didn’t work was the LED’s (the remote could control them, but not shut them off). After reaching out to Digital Storm, they immediately got to work on finding a solution, starting with some simple troubleshooting steps, it turned out I needed a replacement, no further questions, charges, they very quickly sent a replacement part, I swapped it out and everything is working. This is as good of customer service as you can get, when things go wrong (no company has 100% products working 100% of the time), the tech support is quick to find a solution, helpful and gets the job done. Digital Storm is a perfect example of how companies should operate. I am very happy with the computer, it is operating great and looking forward to many years of continued use!"
