Information on their website not consistent with what they told me when trying to order etc. I fell for it and did the bank transfer of funds for a printer. have been trying to chase them down ever since. "This company is TERRIBLE! The item I ordered was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days. After 10 days, I tried to contact the company with multiple emails and calls with NO RESPONSE from the company. After a month, I finally got someone on their online chat customer service. After 80 minutes of chatting, I finally got my order cancelled. Then I got an email indicating my order was not cancelled but was rushed. How frustrating! I chatted with another customer service agent two weeks later since my credit had still not been issued. Thank goodness I used my credit card to purchase the item and my credit card company is now investigating. DO NOT ORDER FROM DIGITAL CADENCE...or from it's sister company CIRCUITS N THINGS."

"I should have been wary of any company with the tag "Discounts that are insink with your budget." INSINK? Really?!

Anyways, ordered a computer from these guys, was charged and never received any notification of shipping. E-mailed several times inquiring about the status of my order, and the response was along the lines of "your order is confirmed" or "your order is being confirmed" and that it will ship soon. After 30 days I finally gave up and requested a refund, both through e-mail and through their website's refund request form. The requests were completely ignored (not denied mind you, simply ignored, no response whatsoever). Found a phone number for them, but it just rings through to a voicemail which they seem to also ignore.

I had to go through my credit card company to appeal for a charge back to get my money back (that should have been the second warning sign is that the refund portion of their site specifically mentions credit card charge backs).

A quick google search of the company finds several complaints that play out similarly as mine. In retrospect I should have done the google search first and seen that this was a scam and avoided the company all together, hopefully this review will ward others from repeating the mistake me and others have already made."

"This place is as bad as it gets. I found them through a "best price" search when I was looking for an inexpensive MP3 player to use at the gym. They had one for under $20, so I ordered it. That was a month ago. They charged my card and that was the last I heard from them - no email, no order confirmation, nothing. I contacted them 3 times and each time they told me the item had been shipped the day before. Yeah, sure. They have no phone number and if you push the e-chat reps, they will give you a number that doesn't work. Total scam."
