"A month ago I placed an order for a motherboard that, as it turned out, was not in stock. they sent me an email apologizing and did not charge my card. I re-ordered the mobo when it was in stock and received prompt email confirmation of my order. Shipped the next day by UPS ground, took a week from CA to PA over Christmas, not bad at all. I am impressed with their service and will look to them when ordering future computer hardware."
