Poor Customer Service

"Company ordered "Office Star Sonoma 37" W 4-Drawer Lateral File Cabinet, Letter & Legal, Dark Cherry." Beautiful!! just not functional. Unit was purchased with the anticipation that as we grew and had new employees, we would eventually need the space. SO now that we need the space, we discover the drawers don't all operate as they should. Mind you it's been a year since the purchase. On the website it says, "3-year manufacturer warranty." Right? Wrong, there is no such thing. I called and was originally told they did not see an order in the system for my company. I am new to the role, so I don't know who ordered or when. I gave the shipping address etc. Still nope we don't see an order. SO, I got the receipt! Called back and gave order number now you see the address?? So, the rude representative Charisse tells me there is nothing they can do and refers me to the manufacturer after going back and forth with me several times. I called them and even though they were nicer not sure what the outcome will be. Digital Buyer seems like a scam company with poor customer service. Don't let the photos fool you. Oh, and don't use the contact us tool on the website. I sent a message on 3/20 and they never responded. I called on 4/4 then again on 4/8. "

Scumbag Liars

"Lied about the lead time and pricing on the thousand dollar item. They make-up a price that the item is "discounted" from but the reality is the listed price they sell it for, IS the real price and the same price every one of their competitors sells it from. They also lie about their lead time. They lie and say they have much faster lead times than they do, causing you to buy the part. They then immediately email you saying they cannot meet that lead time. The entire reason you bought the part was because of their fast lead time, right? Wrong, they lied and want to keep your money. They then make it extremely difficult to cancel the order."

got nothing but a run around.

"everyone at this company just points fingers at everyone else. called about shipping information 30 days after I ordered Product. Was told they had to check with the warehouse. Was told the item shipped with carrier. called carrier and was told they have not picked up anything from Digital buyers. now I'm back and forth between shipper and carrier. both are saying to contact the other.

Did not communicate and added charges without approval

"They didn’t communicate delivery. Delivered after hours. Had to redeliver in work hours (which are 7am-5pm) and then charged $70 to credit card without discussion or approval. Will never use again. Overpriced shipping. Bad service "

wont refund

"digital buyer sent me a pallet jack that does not fit under a pallet, i wanted to return it for one that does fit under a pallet, they want me to pay shipping back to the east coast at $300.00 plus a %20 restocking fee, then they wont refund the original shipping amount of 139.00 so it cost me $439.00 and 3 months of my time for nothing "

Waited 3 weeks to find out they where out of stock

"Absolutely horrible! A week after I ordered I called to check order and they said they hadnt shipped it yet because I didnt respond to a email about the shipping address being Residential so I gave them my shop address and they said ok it will be there in 3 days. 7 days go by so I call them and they tell me the factory is a month behind and that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. They had no business even taking my freaking order in the first place but they did. Now I have upset customers and they wouldnt compensate anything. Do not do business with these people!!!! EVER"

Wrong item recieved

"I ordered 6600 lb pallet Jacks and recieved 5500 lb pallet jacks. Contacted DigitalBuyer, made them aware of the problem. I recieved a message they had alerted the manufacturer. No response since then. I still have the wrong item waiting on my dock. No word on when they will be picked up or when I will get the right item."

Very Frustrating

"I paid for lobby delivery, then was told they'd only drop to the curb. Delivery guy showed up and wanted US to offload over 500 lbs of whiteboards. Got 1 off the truck, box was complete damaged in transit, and the white board was completely scratched up. "

Whiteboard never arrived, in spite of many assurances.

"I ordered the whiteboard Aug 21. The product shipped on Aug 24. On Aug 28, I called the shipping company, who informed me that they damaged the whiteboard and it was being returned. The replacement was never picked up from the warehouse dock. Again, another barrage of e-mails. Sep. 17, it was re-ordered (??!!!) Sep. 20, it was lost on the dock at the manufacturer's warehouse. It was re-ordered and I received tracking info. Sep. 25, received notification that "they messed up on this one too". Sorry, I'm done waiting on this."

Still Waiting...

"On 9/11, my item arrived and it was damaged while shipping. I declined to receive it then i contacted the support team at Digital Buyer. I was specific with the order number and tracking number, but the representative said the order was never processed. Mistakenly replying from a previous issue because they did not carry what they advertised. I reminded that person that they were looking at the wrong order number and confirmed that I had sent the correct one. The message replied, "That makes more sense. I will get it replaced and keep you updated, thanks". Well, I am still waiting for an update. All the while this was already charged. I sent a follow up email on 9/17 but no reply. Frustrating, especially since the first time I tried ordering, they responded that they don't actually have that item and it won't be available. I tried a different item and it was damaged. I tried getting it resolved with either a replacement or refund and I am still waiting a response...7 days later."

DISSAPOINTED

"The prices are great. This was the first time I bought from Digital Buyer. I would do all my purchases with Uline, US Cargo, Grainger among others, but I wanted to give you company an opportunity. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a satisfactory attention as expected. Out of the 4 ratchet jacks ordered, 3 were severely scratched and a missing bar. Spoke to Gloria, 2-3 days ago- send her an email with pics and said she would contact the manufacturer in order to obtain a discount. Up till now, I still haven't heard from her. if someone could give me an update on my account that will be great......"
